How the awards process works

The awards work in the following way firstly we ask you to nominate the people or organisations that you think deserve recognition.

Once the nominations close they are sent to our panel of judges to determine our category winners.

Each of our judges is an industry expert in their field. Our lead judge is CEO of The Badger Trust and well known animal campaigner Dominic Dyer.

Following a criteria set out by ourselves the judges will choose a winner and a highly commended place for each category.

As we don't have any public vote categories entrants only need one nomination to enter the awards,

multiple nominations have no bearing on who is chosen as a winner.
